[Equipment] Cloak Disruptor multiplies countermeasures flares

Bug: Cloak disruptor creates "Countermeasures flares" in ammo subdivision of inventory. Each docking multiplies them. If autobuy /all feature is enabled, they start consuming money for nothing.
====================

Reproduction Steps:

• Equip cloak disruption (cruiser one in my case, Type-2)
  
• Undock from a station (optionally, activate /autobuy all
  
• Dock any station, see ammo inventory for many countermeasures (if /autobuy is activated, see your money sunk into black hole)

I had the same issue last night and got my account banned after trying to sell the ammo for 0 credits to get rid of it. For now, don't sell the ammo.
