[Server Config] Broken PoB command

Bug: The '/shop price' commands doesnt work as intended

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 log into base admin
  
• Step 2 go to shop window /shop
  
• Step 3 use the the price setting commands
  

The /base shop command can be used to change the price of a commodity, but the min and max buy/sell quantity wont be altered whatever I try. When I for example type /shop price 7 5000 10000 10000, the price gets changed to 5000, but the min and max quantities don't turn into 10000.

Apparently the commands have changed.

But on the POB help screen it still lists the old command, so this is confusing.

Price and Stock commands have been split:

"/shop price [Price]"

"/shop stock [Min] [Max]"

Help is still wrong though, you're right.

Ah, updated the /shop built-in help menu at the top, forgot about /base help.

Will be updated next server restart.
