Infocard? - News Story Missing Image

Type: I'm going with infocard on this, not sure what news articles fall under.
Bug: The spot where the image associated with the news article should be is simply a white box.

Reproduction Steps:

• Be on Java Station.
  
• Go to the Bar.
  
• Look at the article "Corsairs on the Rise." Which should be easy, it's the top article.
  
• Go to Falkland to double check that it's not only on Java, yup, white box there too.
