Hola, Senors y Senoras,
Como esta y Espero que esto te encuentre bien. It has been some time since I have spoken to the Corsairs of your groups. The Brotherhood? We go back a long way. The Deterrence? We know of each other but have had little contact as we make efforts to respect your space. With the taking of Freeport 9, things have changed and as a lot of Med Force personnel both live and work in Omicron Theta, I seek to continue and even improve relations.
At Med Force Enterprises, we are a group of medical professionals and researchers from all over Sirius and Gallia who work not for profit but for the betterment of all. Omicron Theta has been a place that we have been able to work in relative quiet, away from the houses that have recently shown themselves to be, well, untrustworthy. I need not remind you of what Bretonia did to Gran Canaria not just to the Zoners that lived there but to the many Corsairs that began lives anew there as well. I personally will never forget their crimes.
Recently, the Liberty government descended upon Planet Erie in the Pennsylvania system to do the same. I still have a home there that I frequent as I personally refuse to give it up as my grandson is buried there. Not so long ago, some of my staff gave medical training to the 46th Navy group only to have them turn their guns on us later on so yes, to say that I have had enough of house governments is an understatement.
By comparison, I have received a great deal of respect, and returned that respect to the people of Crete. In fact, I have received way more respect from the Corsair Empire than I have any house. With houses, they seem to not honor the treaties they sign. With the Corsairs, goodwill and a word of honor has held up better than any signed document.....and I would like to see this continue. With the medical breakthroughs we are on the verge of, we wish to continue in the peace and quiet that we have attained a lot of those.
Also, Amigos, the local Zoner population on Pygar is scared, scared that the Corsairs will descend upon it the way Liberty and Bretonia did upon the previously mentioned worlds and the recent taking of Freeport 9. These people have lost enough already and have reached out to me. I myself have a medical crew on Freeport 9 that I can no longer access. I ask that you treat them well as they are medical professionals and NOT Soldiers. They will take good care of your people. I will not ask the return of the base but do ask that we can freely trade on it as the Zoners of the past have allowed. We at Med Force Enterprises rely on base building goods from there.
So perhaps we could get together and discuss the future. I am very open to this. I am willing to meet with you anyplace of your choosing. As I said, I seek a better future for us all. The Omicrons and Omegas are big enough for us all.

Respected senor Holliday,
I hope you are in good health as you've been years ago. It has indeed been a while since we had a pleasure of talking. MFE has in my memory always been a good neighbour to our Empire and your medical aid has saved many hombre from something that would've in most cases been a certain death.
As much as I would've loved for things to be simple, the Corsair Empire couldn't allow Freeport 9 Zoner administration to run the station any further after several incidents you are likely familiar with, as well as choosing to ignore the Empire after we kindly presented them our demands, which has lead to the present situation.
However, those who show us proper respect will also receive it back. MFE is one of the entities that has always done so. Vouching for you, senor Holliday, as well as for MFE, is the least I can do, therefore a chance for some kind of an agreement between Corsair Empire and you is possible. You will, naturally, have to talk to senores y senoras from Deterrence before we reach that part of the progress.
The Brotherhood is looking forward in continuing a healthy relationship and cooperation with MFE, as well as the opportunity to meet.

I too have fond memories of my limited interactions with MFE, and bear no ill will towards them. Every time Crete called upon them, it was answered without fail. If memory serves, MFE has supplied us with Pharmaceuticals necessary for our 'colony liner' to bring our colonists back onto Gran Canaria after Bretonia has left that planet alone.
I will not reiterate upon the past events as Elder Gutierrez has already laid the thin and thick of it, so we all understand how we've gotten ourselves in the current situation. In the eyes of myself, my fellow Praetors and of the Executor, MFE was and still is welcome within the boundaries of the Empire. Obviously some work will have to happen on our side to make that happen, but I'm certain that through our combined efforts it'll prove a simple enough venture.
On that note, Elder Gutierrez, I have another matter to discuss with you on top of allowing MFE vessels into the Empire, let me know what time suits you.

Senors,
I am grateful for your responses. Yes, we have much to work on but considering our common memories and goodwill between our groups, I do not think we will have many problems to work out. So that you know, we are doing some internal re-structuring as we find ourselves, well, not different from Zoners but unique in our own way. It will not affect the Corsair Empire but may actually make co-existence easier.
I also thank you for allowing us to pass within Corsair space. Once we get our internals settled, I will do my best to build on an already good platform between our peoples.
For now, duty calls.
