What's up, bossman? Ratking here... Glad you didn't ask how I got that name. So. Have you thought about our deal? I know, I know. You can't legally "hire" me because my papers are no good. But trust me on this one, man. It's better without the papers and all the bureu... buro... shit. bauereaucratic stuff. Like I told you, I can go into places you've never thought existed. You blue boys need people like me. Dad, may the lord have his soul, always told me that I have a knack for business. I think we're into something here. So, like I said in our little talk back in space... I want you to put in a good word for me just in case I get in trouble with the law... you know how it is. My ship ain't exactly the most legal bucket out there, and my papers are no good. Actually, I don't have any. Sorry. Anyways, there's lotsa officers that want to play hero and lock up honest people like me. That would be... baaaaaaaaaaaaaad for business. You have no idea. So, if I get in trouble, you can back me up, right? And, in exchange, I'll give you some valuable info on these 'mine smugglers. Might even "confiscate" some of their cargo you boys can use as evidence and like I said back there, be recognized as heroes! I don't need the fame. It's all yours. I bring you the confiscated cargo, If I ever get my hands on it, we share a cut of the evidence turn-over bonus. Everyone's happy. Oh, and, if you dudes want to go for a better cut, I can dispose of the 'mine myself. That'll get everyone a nice fat slice of credits. More than you get for turning "evidence" in. Everyone's even happier. Up to you, bossman.
Apologies for the delay in response, as you can imagine, we've been rather busy lately with the large amount of smugglers in the region. As per our previous discussion, we'll be happy to take any evidence of Cardamine smugglers you find, we should even be able to compensate you for it, assuming the evidence is comprehensive enough. As per my previous comment, I cannot encourage you to forcibly remove the smuggled goods from the ships you find, but I also don't particularly care what happens to people attempting to bring black market goods into Libertonian space. Those who operate outside of the law, after all, operate outside of the protection of it.
Of course I can't speak with complete certainty of any rewards that could be given to you for any contraband you do recover, though I believe there are provisions in place for such a thing to be done. For further details in regards to that, I'm going to be forwarding this message chair on to the First Fleet's ESRD, as they will be the ones most interested into any information you can provide us. They will also more than likely be the ones to organize any and all rewards given to you for evidence gathering done on our behalf.
Looking forward to some constructive work.

Good to hear, bigshots. I know everyone's gotta follow their rules and regulations, I understand that. 'guess I got a flimsy thumbs up for my little independent operation... Yeah, yeah... I also get it about the rewards. But I trust you guys you'll find a way. Anything happens, Dad always told me to keep some of my savings for a good lawyer. I think you all are a good bunch, but there's still some bad apples around that are outside your control. No hard feelings if something goes south. I get it. I'll keep the pressure on these carda' smugglers. They're always so full of themselves, you know? Won't even greet you when you pass by. Think everyone else is a piece of 'crap. Looking forward towards a promising business relationship between us folks. I'll take a look around, see if I can dig some info or even catch one of them. Sayonara, amigos. Ratking out.
What's up, bigshots? Guess what? Mr. King here got himself a good haul. I met two officers that were patrolling the entry to the Pennsylvania system. Didn't even had time to say a warm "Hello" to 'em and BAM! Two haulers full of cardamine show up. One was brave enough to fight the officers. While they were fighting, the second hauler, a Zoner ship, attempted to flee back to New York. I followed it and tried to make its captains see some sense, but you know how these smugglers are. They think they're better than everyone else. No words from 'em, and I was being real sweet. Shame. It fled back to Pennsylvania, I went right after its tail. Caught him again, fired my final warning shots and yet again he attempts to flee. Had no choice but to blast the fool out of cockpit. I recovered what I could carry, the rest of the cargo I destroyed. 3.000 cylinders full of the devil's piss in my cargo hold. Up for grabs, amigos. So what we want to do next? Want it as evidence? I can also dispose of it myself, too. It's the badasses from the navy's choice. But, uh, be quick. I can't have this crap on my cargo hold for too long. And... I've attached some evidence and logs in this message. Have I made a good navy officer impression? I tried. Don't forget to check it out. Ratking signing off.

Good to see you off to a nice start. Feel free to dispose of any captured smuggled goods as you see fit. You'll find that there's already a payment on the way for the successful interdiction.

Hey hombres. I got the payment. Much appreciated. It'll guarantee some good food for me for a while. But, uh. I got some bad news. I tried handing over the evidence in New York, but **** hit the fan. An outcast showed up while we were setting up shuttles to ferry the cargo. 'Cast started blasting the officer that was escorting me. I escaped back to West Point, that's when I lost comms with him. Guess he got nailed by the outcast. Thought I was next, so I made all way back to the Penn gate. Found a bigass ship there, The Akheten or something. We traded some words and befor' I made it to Mann', and the captain let me go. But that was a couple minutes before the outcasts showed up, so, it was the second time seeing that weird ship. Captain has a pretty voice, wonder if she's as pretty. Anyhow, guess what - more outcasts AND rogues on my scanners. Told the captain to play along, and I "escaped" detainment. I don't know if the captain is well, though. Looked like a whole bunch of reds to me. I'm back at Penn, laying low for a while. I still got the whole piss in my cargo... phew. I'll try another time. Ratking out.
