Attention all INS personnel,

We are pleased to report that INS-Hou_Chi has successfully arrived in Freeport 5 within Omega-41. However, it has not been an easy journey, and the ship has sustained damage during its passage.

Our path took us through perilous regions, including Texas, New York, and California, where we encountered significant resistance. Magellan and Manchester also posed challenges, but we persevered. New London and Cambridge were particularly demanding, and our vessel suffered as a result.

In our efforts to reach the Omicrons, we have had to navigate with limited weaponry, as we lost half of our weapons during the journey. To ensure the ship's structural integrity, we made necessary hull-panel changes at Freeport 5. While we don't have access to a full dockyard for extensive repairs, we have conducted essential maintenance to keep INS-Hou_Chi operational.

Our concerns extend to INS-Lampyridae, as we currently lack information on its status. The last known information placed Lampyridae on a northern route, possibly through Kusari. We cannot confirm whether it has fallen into Liberty's grasp or is maintaining radio silence to avoid detection.

In a promising development, we have received word that a Corsair Fighter escort might be available to accompany INS-Hou_Chi on the journey to Omicron Gamma. This could greatly enhance our chances of arriving safely and reuniting with our fellow INS ships.

We remain committed to the Insurgency cause, and our determination is unwavering. Our hope is to reunite with Lampyridae and our other INS comrades, wherever they may be. In the face of adversity, we must stay vigilant, stay strong, and continue to work toward our common objectives.
