Graves has been successfully removed from Dublin as has all Armed Forces presence for the most part aside from the rare patrol who I can only assume are either the stupid or the unlucky. It looks like you are one step closer to the Free Dublin State that you have fought so very hard for all these years,
That brings me to my next point, the New London Jumpgate.
Now, I don't know the whole story there but what I do know is that radioactive leaky beast is a ticking time bomb and it needs to be broken down asap. I somehow doubt you'll allow Agiera anywhere near it nor for that matter would Bretonia or Interspace let them anywhere near it. That being said, unless you want 3/4s of Dublin to be coated in Dark Matter you have two options, Us or ALG and see the preciously stated Government/Insurance Companies nonsense. Thankfully we have some experience handling this stuff. Back during the tail end of the Liberty-Rheinland War when Rheinland blew the gate in Bering while Agiera/DSE/ALG often try to take credit for "saving the system" it was all us Junkers braving the radiation to break it down before it was full sideways.
With your permissions I would like to move a refinery into the Dublin System to make breaking down the salvage much easier. Keeping it in house like this would also allow us to cut you in on a bit of the profits from supply sales as well as make short work of the most hazardous bits. Beyond that, we could also refine some of your Gold Ore and sell it off on our station as well. Utilizing our state of the art CUL3-BR4 Smelter Technology my current estimates suggest we may be able to produce Refined Gold at a lower price point than a traditional smelter as you likely have operating on Arranmore. Of course we would be more then happy to employ some Mollys to operate the Gold Ore Refinery as your expertise with the metal would be exceptionally useful in ensuring quality product as well as ensuring that we meet all of your operational standards. This would also bring you a much needed source of income which I am sure you are sorely needing with the loss of The Hood's marketplace.

This communique may come as a source of disappointment for you, but let me reassure you that we have carefully considered your request.
Unfortunately, we have already been contacted by another group of Junkers - the Lone Star Scrappers - and our Chancellor has decided to grant them the rights to establish a facility in our core territory for collecting and processing salvage. I'm afraid we're not interested in more bases being constructed in Dublin at this time.
But do not let this be a source of resentment - such things happen in a rapidly fluctuating market. The LSS were simply quicker to sense an opportunity and seize it. If you wish to conduct your trade in Dublin, I recommend reaching out to them. Perhaps you can come to an understanding and establish some form of cooperative venture. I am certain they will welcome the help - base construction is no simple task. Their representative is called Leo Knightfall.
