To whom it may concern,
Hello, representatives. I'm Joy Simacek, manager at Synth Foods Inc., and administrator of Blissful Valley Farms. We're very happy to have received the preliminary go-ahead from the Republic, and are ready and willing to transfer the fees at any time. We'd like to pay the registration fee and the rental fee in a lump sum, but since the laws of the Republic generously allow for "negotiation" of the latter, that's what I'd like to do.
Since the farm's intended purpose is to directly supply the Republic itself, we'd like to inquire about a slight reduction of the nominal 3 500 000c sum. In return, we will ensure a steady food supply for the system, and will be happy to receive any special order requests our food engineers can come up with.
I am Addison Reynolds, Secretary to the Crayter Quorum of Ministers. To start, I want to apologize for the delay.
The Ministers spent some time debating a potential reduction of the fee for your installation, given Borneo's need for what you plan to provide. We've long been aware of the success of Synth Foods' biodomes, and to have some within Crayter space has been something of a dream for the Minister Snow's people. No doubt it would certainly improve the people of Borneo's quality of life.
Crayter is therefore willing to reduce the rent fee to 2.000.000 credits. If this is agreeable, the Treasury will be awaiting the exchange of credits for the licensing permit.
In service to the Republic.
Addison Reynolds
Secretary to the Quorum
Crayter Republic

Secretary Reynolds,
That's wonderful news! Our team is thrilled to establish a working routine at the farms, and the first food shipments are already arriving at Sulawesi. We'd like to invite your own logistics vessels to take part at any time - with our prices, you'll be making a healthy profit for the short trip.
And of course, we invite you to tour the farms themselves. Our lounge is still under construction, but we can at least offer drinks and free samples from our broad catalogue. Anything modern biochemistry can come up with, we should be able to produce at the Farms, given some setup time.
Bookkeeping tells me the transaction for the fee has gone through. Here's the receipt.
