I'll be damned. Had a mate at today's reunion swearing he saw actual, alive, insurgents. Thought it was another "ghost ship" bar story, but there's witnesses around the sector. I guess you bunch ARE still alive... even after being beaten into fine powder in Vespucci. Sorry about my wording, but that's what happened.
Seeing your people around brings me hope. Surviving humanity's largest military force is possible. Maybe this story will help folks cheer up and raise morale.
If you, whoever is reading this, haven't heard of us, we are the Pennsylvania Liberation Front. We collaborated with the insurgency in a few skirmishes before the fall of Veracruz a few years ago. We're Zoners wanting to kick Liberty's ass out of Pennsylvania for what they've done, and what they're still doing - in Erie.
Situation hasn't been easy. We don't have a solid foundation to support our operations. Liberty's always watching, getting a good amount of supplies for our next operation always takes a painful lot of time. Gotta take it slow to not raise any suspicion. Oh, well.
If you can help us, or know someone who can help us, let us know.
I suppose some kind of language has to describe what happened in Vespucci. 'Clusterfuck' quickly comes to mind, but yours works too, and I guess in the end it doesn't really matter.
Either way, you can imagine the surprise was mutual when my man in the field noticed your guys tagging alongside the Technocrats. As welcome a sight as it was three years ago, that's for sure, and one that I'm sure put doubt in some of the blueshirts that tried protecting that little outpost in Kansas.
Whatever the situation, we're more than happy to coordinate alongside, be it guerilla ops or logistics. Some of our old supply routes are still concealed from the Navy's eye, although the blackout severed some of the more convenient jump lanes, which makes things a bit trickier. Nevertheless, if the Front has a base of operations, be it your own or someone else's, our supply ships can try and alleviate some of the burden. It won't be as simple as in the past, but nothing these days is, either.
On that topic, I'm curious what the situation is, if at all, with Bethlehem. Just before the collapse of the lines, we'd heard it was being used as a staging point for ops in Pennsylvania, but three years later it's still sitting pretty with a Navy warship stationed just down the way. Were they left alone out of ignorance on Liberty's part, or was the administration forced to make concessions to keep their autonomy?
Whatever the case, expect the Remnant on your side when the shit hits the fan. We're far from dead, and at the risk of some serious cheese, Veracruz only pissed us off even more.

Well I'll be damned, Zoners duking it out with Liberty, that's something I've never witnessed in my life as a Legionnaire. I've heard about your bunch from the Technocrats and we're willing to aid your cause. You can consider me, the Polyphemus and my men, your friends.
However, we'll help you in a way we see fit as we cannot confront the Navy directly in our current condition. If you have information on their position and forces allocated to Pennsylvania, we'll make sure to thin their numbers.

No F****** Way. Admiral Amy West... I knew your name sounded familiar! Either you're immortal, or someone took hold of your body. Given the latest, hottest stories around the circle - guess you're no ghost. Boys will love to hear that the Navy didn't manage to kill off one of their most wanted, if not, THE most wanted.
Glad to hear from you. About the mess in Kansas, our men tagged along to scratch off some Navy ships, maybe scavenge some equipment. That's when I started hearing stories about insurgents. I didn't believe them, as I told you.
I had my doubts. Still have them. Veracruz is flatter than a line after orbital bombardment, and I presume it's the same for all other Insurgent bases. Haven't seen Navy in Vespucci in a while, so, yeah... 'guess they did clean almost everything. Would be inappropriate to ask for help as you folks got their own lot of problems to handle. Anyhow, if you ever need a place to lay low, we have a few spots around Erie where you can rest and have a drink with us. But please, keep a low profile out there.
We're organizing another campaign, but we lack funding and resources. Latest attack against the Navy was a success, but they're back at stealing our Neon. Our money. Exports increase by the day. I've been looking far and wide for the funding we need, but without success. I presume the insurgency's stockpile has been reduced to atoms? That would be too good to be... false.
On another topic, Bethlehem is quiet and I don't like quiet. Navy already annexed all the other Zoner stations in the system including Erie. They're probably using Bethlehem as propaganda, something to show the public that they're after insurgents in Erie and not Zoners as a whole? I have no idea. Still, I worry Beth is going to be their next target. How soon? Don't know. I haven't heard any public announcements from Beth, 'guess the administration is keeping quiet to not raise any alarms from either side.
Finally, thank you for your support. All of our combat forces are located in Pennsylvania, some linger at Kansas. If you're really looking for action, we got it. Pennsylvania is Liberty's weakest link, remember that - if we join forces, we can bring the Navy some medicine. However, our raids are somewhat infrequent because of our low supplies, wounded, and all the rest. Slow does it.
Good to hear we have more friends out there than I thought. If you're looking for a piece of the action, Markus, there's somewhat frequent Navy patrols around Erie. If combat is out of the question, we're looking for suppliers. Got any contacts? Maybe a stash location? We're all ears here.
