The relentless ambush attacks by Corsairs have been impeding our efforts to secure resources. The Starfleet is facing difficulties in acquiring Xeno Relics due to the actions of our shared adversaries. Considering there may be obstacles at Delta Mining Corp., near Reincarnation Outpost it seems likely that your group may also have encountered its share of troubles from Corsairs. Given these hurdles and objectives I suggest establishing a partnership that holds immense potential for significant advantages for both our factions,

My name is Christian Burton, leader of Phoenix. Now, as for the request. While the Zoners express their utmost gratitude to Outcasts for defeating the main Corsair force and attempting to liberate Freeport 9, but we cannot grant it.
At the moment our main strike group is near the planet Pygar, our reserves are covering Kadesh Orbital City from a possible strike by the Nomads, who may use the moment as a casus belli to attack our safe harbour. We can't stretch the theatre of the conflict to systems other than Omicron Theta at this moment, as that would be a costly pick to the local Zoners who may be affected by our decision. These people have no principles, they will torture and kill women and children, we can't let to ignite the conflict even further.
Moreover, Delta Mining Corp. has lost its stable orbit after all the gravitational changes in Omicron Delta and is in the process of travelling to the source of Iridium, the main reason for this station's operation. I apologise in advance if this has caused frustration, but at this time we see no opportunity to affect Corsairs business in Omicron Delta.
I appreciate your consideration for my proposal. I am well aware of the main strike force near the planet Pygar and I understand the importance of safeguarding Kadesh Orbital City. Protecting the local Zoners against attacks from Nomads is most naturally a priority of yours, and I respect your commitment to protecting them.
Although we are aware of the Phoenix's current engagements, I believe it would still be worthwhile for Malta Hyperspace Starfleet and Phoenix to cooperate for mutual benefit. However, I understand your choice, given the current priorities.
