How's it going out there?
Been a while since I have spoken to anyone from Crete, I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out today with a business opportunity. After The Pulse rocked Sirius Congress' stations were rather violently relocated due to some complex science that I really am not qualified to attempt to explain. Suffice to say Junker's Town, Congress' pride and joy that once resided in Puerto Rico now can be found in Omega-11.
Now, here is where you come in, you see I realized, Law Enforcement have been getting too good at stopping my guys from getting Artifacts to our buyers in Liberty. Sure, we can just take them to Rochester and ferry them in the back door when no ones looking but who really has time for that? Not your paying customers! They want those artifacts Now not "when its safe" or "when the police aren't around". Here's my idea, we take artifacts and we hide them inside Consumer Goods Containers so that when our runners get to Manhattan and the Police see them they don't see Artifacts they just see a bunch of Consumer Goods, all packaged up and ready for delivery.
I'd like to work out a contract to have your trade captains bring Artifacts to our base, in return you can bring Diamonds which we already have on the base or whatever you would like for us to bring that you need on Crete.
Some of our fighters found your base even before you sent us this message. We inspected it and we saw the warehouse which hides our Artifacts. We take no offence in that, therefore, we analyzed the facilities and we concluded that as long as it is beneficial for the Imperio to sell the Artifacts, it's up to you how you move them to your selling points.
Now, in regards to having Corsair trade vessels constantly supplying your base with Artifacts, I do not think we can grant that an a large scale. We are curently investing most of our attention in the expasion of Sanctum's facilities. But, if you make it worth our time, I am sure we can work something out and have one train bring you the Artifacts every now and then. You also mentioned Diamonds. So I guess my questions are: How much do you offer for the Artifacts and how much do you want for your Diamonds?

I am glad the facility was to your liking, while the markets are still slowing growing we currently only have a Arms Dealer and a Tech Fence. Additionally, as mentioned we also offer refined Diamonds. I'd also like to note, in the Uncut Diamond refining process we end up with quite a lot of Toxic Waste, while we don't explicitly sell it I do know some Criminal elements may find it useful in making lets say..."War Materials"... we could probably arrange some sort of contract if you were interested in the purchase of it in bulk.
As a sign of our agreement, I've shipped 10.000 units of Artifacts to your facility. We are glad to have your cooperation and we hope we can further improve our commercial relationship.

I recently visited your installation. Might be none of my business, but I just want to let you know that you don't have any Artifacts hidden as Consumer Goods. Nevertheless, we will continue to supply your base with Artifacts as often as we can.
