Hi
I wonder can I still buy Armor upgrades,and if so what is the location of them?.
I have normal ship armor on one of my chars but I cant find anymore to buy anywhere?

Afraid not as they were effectively removed from the Game.

Some people still have some that were on their POBs when the Update happened.

Using them has no effect on your Ship.

Hey, armor upgrades were removed entirely from the game, those that had them got a refund. There's even a server message telling about that semi-frequently
