Consequences:
If you make ships and share them within an official faction, they are now property of that faction. If you decide to do so and then later have a falling out with that faction, you don't then get to sneak off with their assets in the middle of the night.
The stolen ships have been returned to UC/- custody.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of Admin Right #CTE 750AE
Right, just so people know - I shared my ships in good faith in discord, and get punished for it. I made them, equipped and spread them out, and always considered them my ships, that only I flew in the end 99% of the time.
But I trusted the wrong people and didn't make the forum lease post - because, well, as you said it's just a game. This is my 6 bombers, and the faction also got my only bustard I left with them without issues. People who play in my factions are well aware how many ships I share, including my actual main accounts just to help out, without any specific agreements - It was never an issue until today.
