I will keep it short, we have a war to fight and a war-machine to maintain in the edge worlds, we need your help. With the upcoming planned offensive in Omega-41 the Hessen Front asks of the Platform to act as our middlemen with the gas miners, put your diplomatic expertise to good use and contact the Guild to establish a H-fuel smuggling operation on our behalf. The Front plans to stockpile but also trade the fuel with some of our allies, needless to say some of the surplus value will be redistributed with your faction via credits or other assets.

Representative Hess, We're glad to see the Hessians have finally reached out to us this time. I am 'Civil Servant', a commander of the Platform paramilitary and cell of the Damnatio Memoriae.
Let us begin by deconstructing your request so we can understand each others position before moving on with your proposition. Ever since the aftermath of the Civil war, we've been binding our wounds since the once negotiated peace with the Federal remnants have crumbled away to show the true colours of the Federal Empire. The Platform are currently reforming a once hindered movement, so while I do understand your urgency to secure resources such as H-fuel for the fleet to maintain itself, you over-estimate our ability to conduct a deal with the bloated monopoly that is the GMG.
Fortunately for the Rotfront, we are still able to produce surpluses of H-fuel from our own facilities, maybe not at the quantity you desired but certainly enough not to ignore when it comes to supplying yourselves. You'll be dealing with us directly as producer and supplier and hopefully cut out the headache when it comes to brokering underground trade deals involving third parties.
But we do not ask for credits in return, we require access to drydocks capable of servicing large vessels and allow a deployment of Bundschuh engineering and repair teams onboard in support for what we expect to be a resurgence in the militant left of Rheinland. Our flotillas are expanding and everyone is pushing their blood and sweat into escalating our movement. From once being treated by the imperials as mere dissidents, to become a force that could wreck havoc in places they could not imagine. Now the corporates and Imperials have consolidated power within the ship building assets following the civil war, maybe its about time we do the same?
Consider our offer.

Platform commander,
I appreciate your offer. However, allow me to expand on the situation at hand. The loss of most infrastructure in Dresden has severely hampered the Front's ability to sustain its current flotilla at the accustomed standard. Concurrently, we are forced to deploy new assets with our enemies barging at the gates. We have plans which require resources, resources that are beyond our reach. Our current smuggling operations and whatever other materials we can scrape off Innenstadtfeld are simply insufficient for our increasing needs.
The deal we sought using your mediation with the Gas Miners Guild is mainly driven for financial support. Our intelligence indicates that the Bundschuh maintains favorable relations with the Guild. However, should this not be the case, we will address the matter independently and rely on the Guild's potential willingness to assist in supplying the Rheinland underground against the military.
Nevertheless, it would be imprudent to refuse your offer as well. At the moment Wolfsburg's drydocks are exclusively used for maintenance purposes, though this is bound to change soon enough. Should your organization have capital ships requiring urgent inspection and repairs, I strongly advise for an expedient arrival at our station. For clearance purposes the following information will be necessary: ship names or callsigns, name of the commanding officer on duty, total number of personnel on board, and basic ship specifications including type, class and any special equipment onboard or in use.
We must insist on these requirements as we maintain a low-tolerance policy around the Giftnebel's perimeter.
