Corsairs Dock on Zoner Base (O.Kappa)

Bug: Corsair docking on Zoner

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 Go to Livadia Shipyards in Omicron Kappa
  
• Step 2 Wait a bit
  
• Step 3 See a Corsair is docking on Livadia
  

Additional Information: WTF? Zoners and Corsairs are still in war, they attack each other at seems in Theta, isn't Zoners gonna keep hating them for such treachery?
It is just one system away, one should await those will be not letting them dock in stations for such things, farther places could be acceptable, but 1 system far away they clean and like nothing happened, it is kinda ....... stupid, a zoner freeport on omega-3 could accept since they don't care, but at least make the nearby regions keep the aggression (something 1 system jump is needed for forget or don't reach news about Freeport in Theta be acceptable by others (?)

Closing as invalid. Zoner/Corsair relations went back to neutral-ish last patch after Corsairs secured a decisive victory (albeit suffering notable losses). Freeport 9 is now under a 'joint Corsair/Zoner leadership', and no longer welcomes enemies of the Corsairs onboard.

Since there is no rephack, many player ships will still have the other faction listed as hostile until they fix their reps, and until then, they might end up triggering the NPCs to shoot each other to 'defend' the player from a faction they see as hostile. Standard Freelancer stuff.
