To Introduce myself, I am the current CEO of Omicron Supply Industries. Celcius Abonwood.
I'm Contacting you to request safe passage through your controlled Space of Omega 58. Right now OSI is tasked with supplying Water to our brethren at Med Force Academy and Planet Pygar in Omicron Theta. Normally our route would take us through Omega 5 where for the most part we were largely ignored by the Corsairs.
However they have decided that they need to send a fleet of vessels to tax my Whales. We know they are dangerous transport ships feared by all.
Though we could bypass Omega 5 by going through Omega 58, I would not dare to consider rerouting my ship's through your system without your prior knowledge or permission.
I would also not presume that such permission would be free, so I willing to discuss terms should such things be required.
