"We do, you must be Direktor Albert. Mr Weatherly told me he would try to contact you on our network after we had to detain him for screening and quarantine. Hopefully his message has reached you in good faith so we can accelerate these talks.
"I want to firstly say I appreciate his co-operation and calm attitude throughout the entire process, it's usually a rare thing in such an unforgiving system, although his unfortunate circumstances of being alone within Thuringia and the Platform not being informed about the Starfliers being physically present in the system (escorted or traversing independently) I want to reinforce that me and my crews actions were in the line of quarantine procedure... If you were not fully informed about the risks before being requested for you involvement, you have my apologies.
"We found Mr Weatherly swarmed by hostile vessels near the shattered planet, how one individual was cleared to explore this region of space is beyond my common sense, thankfully one of our patrols had picked him up within the field of Gotha's fragments. Mr Weatherly had cleared our screening process and had allowed me to access his ships terminal to view a work order sent to him. Now you can probably imagine my confusion when this mission was cleared by Paul Botzler, current leader of of the NWB, unsurprisingly this went from a suspected quarantine to a third-party diplomatic issue.
"My concern is that he has been allowed to roam freely about the system taking scans of hazardous anomalies without escort... Not only is it improper considering the restriction of the system from all sides, but not advised at all. I've called this hostile void my home for over the past decade, one thing I know is that the MND and Wilde have a habit of making sure trespassers aren't heard from again, the problem becomes increasingly more severe for myself once I find out any Wilde were involved in disappearance. And you really don't want that to happen at all.
"While I typically have major distaste for civilians to become involved in the affairs of Thuringia, I don't want to be responsible for the delay in the work order that's been requested by the NWB on crucial research. So maybe at this moment of time we can exchange information to make up for your delay in access or we can also accompany your teams while you conduct explorations, we have quite the background here so we can help as much as we can. I'm currently communicating with Paul Botzler too, seeing how he sent the original work order for the research he also has the right to know of this security issue.
"I hope to keep getting back to you as soon as we manage to come to a resolution."

Albert McKenzie, Starfliers To: Civil Servant, The Platform Subject: Thuringia
Hello, Civil Servant.
It is not our place to fight or dispute, having you repeat this back does confirm that Weatherly was flying under our normal guidelines. My appreciation does extend to you aswell, there are moments when we would expect a plasma cannon to be charged rather than the way of the spoken word. You have your own process as we have ours. Having this understanding about each other does allow us to have a formal conversation. Via subspace or otherwise.
Diplomatic issues are not something I get myself involved with. My priorities lay with our own tasks and ensuring that these are met. Pushing the bounds of exploration and science leads into us traversing areas that other explorers will not go. Paul Botzler has asked us to meet in Frankfurt where we had travelled to Gotha for scans under their escort. I had intended to return there myself, however Weatherly had gotten there before me. Flying around on ones own to complete a task is efficient on paper, but hearing that Weatherly was swarmed by hostiles around Gotha makes me rethink how we should approach follow ups.
I am open to further communication, if it means having a secure and safe transit within Thuringia - only to further scan Gotha. We do not yet know a lot about the system, so at this time that is the only point of interest that attracts us.
