Greetings,

It has been some time since we last spoke and I hope all is well. Lately, I ordered one of my ships, Med Force 2 under the command of Sarah Coyle, to provide medical aid at Freeport 14. Now we generally keep to ourselves and less to the affairs of others but it concerns me when a report crosses my desk that one of your pilots, a Krypter-97, does NOT recognize the authority of the Freeport. I would not lie about this but I can provide photographic proof of this if you wish. Our camera format seems to be different so we are having trouble processing it. I thought better of the Crayter government than this. Your issues with the Auxesians are just that, your issues and we will not get in the way of it.

It is also concerning that the Liberty government uses you as a proxy. I do not need to remind you of Zoner issues with the government of Liberty. I hope they are not using you to fight Zoners just looking to live away from house government rule. The Crayter people value freedom and fight for it, remembering "those left behind." First it was Bretonia and Gran Canaria, now it is over a shot down satellite by Insurgents over Erie, laying the blame on Zoners.

I do not seek hostility. I think we respect each other better than that. I just want an understanding between our people.
And please, do me a favor, give my regards to your chief medical officer, Dr. Doreen Naggar. It has been quite some time since I spoke to her.

Doctor Holliday,

My name is Addison Reynolds, Secretary to the Crayter Quorum of Ministers. Normally this would be Minister Ward's purview, but she is currently occupied at the moment, so it's my hope I can help you in her stead.

First and foremost, I apologize on Crayter's behalf for any troubles our people may have caused you and yours during the Military's joint operation in Inverness. The Ministry of Defense doesn't recognize this callsign as belonging to the primary fleet, but if you have evidence of them violating Freeport 14's zone of neutrality, I ask that you please submit it.

Regarding Crayter's cooperation with the Liberty Security Force on this matter, understand that it was not Crayter's intention to agitate the Freeport's people. We do, however, fully acknowledge that operations on this scale cannot be contained so easily, particularly when certain populations deem it reason enough to interject themselves into situations they were not involved in beforehand. Crayter maintains its concern for the denizens of Erie, and steadfastly believes in the right to self-determination for its people, but Crayter cannot tolerate those that have taken arms against Liberty in Pennsylvania traveling to Inverness to attack Crayter Military personnel. We accept the Zoner people have a rightful dislike for Liberty's people, but it is respectfully on the part of the Zoners to keep to themselves.

This said, understand that Crayter holds our relationship with Zoners in very high regard, and we make these assertions out of a desire to ensure your people are not caught in battles they did not ask for. We ask that you take this in stride, although I acknowledge that we have provided little evidence beyond past understandings for our request of trust.
Regardless, it is Crayter's hope that this conflict will not endanger any more lives than it already has.

On a final note, I'm not currently aware of whether Dr. Naggar is still serving with Crayter, but will endeavour to inform her of your contact nonetheless.
