[Systems] Fontana Freeport doesn't sell ammo for Claymore unique guns

Bug: Fontana Freeport doesn't sell ammo for "Claymore Missle Launcher" and "Claymore Torpedo Launcher" despite the station selling the Claymore ship and guns. The ammo in question is the "Plumbatae Missle" and the "Dolabra Torpedo".

Reproduction Steps:

• Have a Claymore with a "Claymore Missle Launcher" and "Claymore Torpedo Launcher" in inventory
  
• Dock at Fontana Freeport
  
• Go to Equipment Dealer
  
• Try to buy "Plumbatae Missle" and "Dolabra Torpedo" but it doesn't sell either
