To Whom it May Concern,

My name is Jax Burton, I am the President and CEO of Horizons, a travel, trade, and transportation organization based out of Planet Denver in Colorado. We perform a variety of services from passenger travel (both standard and luxury), Personally Operated Base resupply, deliveries, and express cargo courier services. We just recently we passed 30 million in profits in the first two months of operations. I realize this is probably chump change for your organization, but this is a hell of an accomplishment for our small team!

We have only recently begun standing up the cargo transportation arm of our services this past October and have been running into difficulties navigating the dangers of the border and edge worlds with our Serenity-class transport vessels. From unusual contacts in the Omicron and Taus to bloodthirsty pirates in the Omegas, we have encountered them all. While the lions share of our transports have survived these encounters, there have been a few that have been critically damaged--most of those beyond repair.

We are hoping to put in an order for a single "Longhorn"-class transport vessel for these more dangerous missions to the edge of known space. We can even assist with supplying the materials for the construction if that would help to bring the price down. Additionally, perhaps we could see about ironing out a contract to work with your teams in supplying raw materials to your shipyards for construction of not only our proposed vessel, but also any additional orders from your other customers.
