It's been quite some time, hasn't it. I remember back when you worked with the defense forces of Freeport 11, working wonders to keep our men alive. I hope, and it seems from the state of your endeavor Med-Force, that the fates have treated you much better than Ouroboros has been.
That being said, I wished to reach out in relation to a developing situation in Liberty that has our forces on a humanitarian campaign, namely in relation to this.
I think anyone with a basic understanding of mental health knows full well being in a situation like that is a severe detriment to the well being of all involved. Ouroboros wishes to sponsor aid and rehabilitation for these souls, assuming we can get to them before the slavers or other undesirables get to them.
We are willing to cover expenses, and will handle transport of personnel, unless MFE can establish a field hospital or Hospital Ship in the Libero-Bretonian Independent Worlds where they can be transferred to.
Please let me know if you will be able to help us in this matter.

My Predecessor Doctor Sonja Wilke has Founded the Mobile Hospital called Healing Hearts. She also founded a Womans Refuge on board for exactly those Cases of Poor Women who were Abused and needed a New Start in Life. The Healing Heart is Equipped with a Jump Drive so we can meet you anywhere you want. but as Jo...Doctor Holiday said the Baffin Sector Might be the Best Meeting Point for us. I can then work with them and help them heal their Mental Wounds. We usually offer our Patients a Stay in the Woman's Refuge for as long as they need it before we help them give them a place in the Civilian Population of the Ship. The length of this therapy can last depending on the Case from a Couple of Months to Several Years, but we are Prepared for such Cases as the Healing Heart usually Operates with only 50 to 60% of the maximum possible Capacity.

Thank you very much for the prompt response. I am currently active in the Sigmas on a campaign of relation to.. unfinished matters to our sudden departure 9 years ago. As such, Major Setsuna Kobayashi, head of Ouroboros' Mizurashi Diplomatic Section, has been tasked to oversee the operation and will be coordinating further with you. Our intended plan of action is as follows:
Rhino-class Freighters will be deployed to areas of interest to the operation.
Grouse-class vessels carrying these people will be boarded via VBSS (Vessel Boarding, Search and Seizure) actions or if absolutely necessary, engaged and escape pods carrying them recovered via combat search and rescue.
Our Freighters will rendezvous with the ODS Mendicant Didact, a Liner that has been in service of the movement for years, and whilst intended for diplomatic purposes we have made last second modifications to prepare it for transport of these persons.
Medical personnel in Ouroboros' ranks and Freelancer medical professionals have been deployed to the Mendicant Didact, along with a Less-lethal security force, to ensure the well being and safety of all aboard.
At a pre-planned date, the Mendicant Didact will rendezvous with the MFE Healing Hearts Mobile Hospital at an appropriate RV point outside of House Space.
The patients will be transferred at that point in time to MFE care. In event of the inability to rendezvous securely or in prompt fashion - as we are aware, many parties may see the Didact as a target for these patients to be enslaved or for whatever perverse incentives they may have - we will report the Mendicant Didact to Shasta Orbital for holding until they can be taken to Healing Hearts.
If these conditions are acceptable for you, we will consider them as part of the active action plan.

I am happy to report we are finding success in the recovery of these persons from Synth Foods' clutches, with the recovery of 5 from the SFS Winston-Salem, which was disabled around 0025Z, just minutes ago.
Regrettably however, the vessels refuse to comply with orders to halt, and attempts to disable engines have been unfruitiful. Another vessel was unfortunately lost with all souls aboard, despite our best efforts to recover them through CSAR efforts. Their bodies have been identified via neural laces, and will also be passed on to MFE for last rites and notification of their next of kin. Please give our deepest condolences to their families. If we had any other choice to free them, we would have taken such action, as per our VBSS action plan prior.
If these persons are found aboard slaver vessels or other ships of the sort, we will endeavor for VBSS action in priority above all else, however it seems Synth Foods is undertaking a scorched earth procedure.. most damning that a corporation is unwilling to give up their crew. Regardless, we will endeavor to minimize collateral to the best of our ability.
We will continue efforts until around the 14th of November, at which point we'll move to rendezvous with you, pending Doc Holiday's approval.

Operations have concluded as of the 14th, and 25 souls have been rescued. Due to pressing circumstances, we have needed to transfer medical personnel off of the Didact as they are due for a faction-wide leave that is taking effect until later this month when our Flagship is made operational.
As such, we have commenced a transfer of care to Med Force Personnel at Shasta Orbital Skyhook for intake and transfer to the Healing Wings at a later date, and handed over the 5 deceased as well for handling of final rites, notification of next of kin and remains handling.
Medical documentation for all 30 has been surrendered and pursuant to medical best practices we have expunged their PII and Medical Records from our systems following their discharge from our care.
Ouroboros wishes the survivors of this operation the best of luck in their recovery and that our doors are open to them if they desire to join our ranks. We thank you at Med Force for your dedication to the medical profession in an age where do no harm is left by the wayside in pursuit of hate or profit. Commander Hanamura has dispensed 2.8 million credits to be placed in a trust fund for these men and women to be disseminated upon their discharge from rehabilitation.
