I am reaching out to you today with the aim of having some materials delivered. Unfortunately a contract we have previously arranged elsewhere has run into problems and has thus been voided as it has fallen outside of the desired timeframe. I was hoping you might be able to help me with this little logistics situation we have.
What we intend to do is return an old vessel back into service and unfortunately due to supply constraints this means we need to obtain assistance from a third party. The short explanation to save us all time is that we require a list of materials that I will provide to you. What we would require from yourselves is firstly a quote on what you anticipate such a service would cost including the materials, a projected time-frame for the completion of all deliveries and obviously the necessary documentation confirming the materials have been delivered assuming we proceed.

That being said, Our relationship with the Technocracy is one that is quite well-valued, and I'll be happy to accommodate your request for a logistics contract on such short notice to bring the vessel into functioning order.

Hull Panels : 66cr/u - 283,800cr Total
Eng. Components: 120cr/u - 240,000cr Total
Superconductors: 70cr/u - 301,000cr Total
Ablative Armor Plating: 150cr/u - 645,000cr Total
Super Alloy: 90cr/u - 387,000cr Total
Iridium: 122cr/u - 280,600cr Total
Total Contract Value: 2,954,400cr
We should expect to have these transported to, I'm assuming some base in Inverness, by month's end. Which brings me to ask - where exactly will we be sending these items?

After some consideration it does seem like an offer I can agree to. These materials should be transported to Coldstar, an installation in Inverness not far from Valravn. Documentation of the arriving materials is needed and should be relayed in this channel for contract completion.
Upon completion, you shall receive 3.000.000 Credits to an account of your choice. In addition, a bonus of 1.000.000 Credits shall be awarded if the contract is completed before the 20th of this month. I hope I was able to sweeten the deal for you a bit so the additional timeframe is met. I am awaiting your answer and hopefully the materials.
3,000,000 credits with a 1,000,000 credit bonus for delivery by the 20th, sounds more than good for us. Forward the initial payment to IMG|Falster-Bank, and we'll get things started.

I am happy to report our logistics teams have completed the contract as requested. Some materiel had to be offloaded to Valravn, but it is all accounted for.
A clerical error resulted in us losing the records for the High-Temperature Alloys but I can confirm they were offloaded to Valravn Citadel. I advise you consult with your longshoremen that were on call to confirm on your end.
Also, kindly make sure that your crews are informed ahead of time of our arrival, we were initially refused permission to unload and suffice to say I heard an earful from those logistics crews.
