[Infocards] Melun weapons platforms have an identity crisis

Bug: Melun's weapon platforms are labelled "Navigation Buoy" despite being weapons platforms and not navigation buoys.

Reproduction Steps:

• Do a GNI restart.
  
• Undock.
  
• Take a look around.
  

Additional Information: I had screenshots but my computer bluescreened before I could upload them so I lost em, and now I can't be bothered to fetch them from my FL shots folder. I should probably be worried about that, that's the second or third time it's done that whereas before that I hadn't seen a bluescreen on any machine since ~2015. Weird, huh?
