Agents and command of the Order. My name is Civil Servant, a paramilitary commander of the Platform and representative of the 'Damnatio Memoriae' cell of Thuringia. I am extra-stellar and intelligence specialist for the Bundschuh cell and am hoping to discuss the nature of our defence and intelligence alliance.
With the rise of extra-stellar activity across the sector, my role is to ensure that the nature of our conflict doesn't overtly spill out onto the civilian populace that is by no means prepared for this type of warfare, my cell's operations based on Tennsdedt station have been monitoring local Wilde operations and MND activity since the civil war. I understand that our groups have had some friction between the nature of combat command within Bundschuh local areas of operation due to our political modus operandi, I want to use this communication for a chance to lay some groundwork for our continued co-operation towards our goals, both shared and individual to ensure that we have a proper procedure in place towards the greater benefit of local cells.
Whilst our goals within the nature of the Sinclair protocol are shared, outside of that we know the Order does not share its interests with our foreign policy with other inter-human organizations, we must declare clearly what that is even in as it's harsh reality. The Platform currently has open hostilities with the Imperial State of Rheinland and it's corporations and authorities and the Corsair empire with it's unmitigated aggression and the destruction of it's rampant piracy. While we understand the priority of the Order is to prevent Nomad infiltration of Sirian houses and organizations but we want to know when these goals come into contradiction of the continued existence of the Bundschuh and it's continuing mission for the welfare of it's people... A dramatic statement. But as I've said before to my compatriots here, the assistance the Order provided to the corsairs during its alliance has daisy chained into a surge in their offensive power that has hit Rheinland and other regions with utter ruination and grief for our pilots. We can't let this happen again and will resist it, I'm sure even your distant warrior demographic can understand that. We have a dedicated oath to the fair and just development of mankind as a moral and ethical beacon in the universe, the threat of alien hostiles is undeniable in this expansive universe, but who and what would be left behind to make a place worth calling home?
The Platform, as always, is open to discussion, debate and open voices. If you have any grievance or concerns about the operations of our anarchist coalition, then say so with conviction and intent... I do not hold grudges and only hope for a resolve.

My name is Eddy Narson Colonel within the Order First Fleet Overwatch. From what I understand from your message you wish to discuss the nature of the alliance held with the Corsairs. If such is the case then you will be gladdened to know that the Overwatch is reexamining its alliance with the Corsairs. After an "incident" concerning Order and Corsair forces firing upon each other. You are correct in your assumption that many officers and agents within the Order have begun to expresses there... dissatisfaction without our alliance to the Corsairs. As of now, the Grand Admiral has ordered our forces away from Corsair bases pending an official declaration as to how we are to treat the Corsairs going forward.

I'll admit, the operational nature of the Order doesn't surprise me, you hold no hesitation to threats anymore that maybe it was a hard lesson for the Corsairs to learn. No matter, at least it makes things easier with the rest of my communication.
Any sort of allegiance with the Corsairs is a threat to the public and the Platform, this is some sudden and immediate news to hear from you but in this case we'll take it as a benefit towards our lasting relations. But maybe its prudent to extend this sort of news to our crucial allies and as such we should look at extending some diplomatic talks for our continued co-operation towards our goals, both shared and individual to ensure that we have a proper procedure in place towards the greater benefit of local cells.
I think its about time we finally clarified the terms of the [SINCLAIR PROTOCOL] alliance, "how our operations work when in each others back yards" as they say. There are multiple alien entities and anomalies appearing around Sirius that all relate to the extra-stellar activity we've been seeing in the restricted zones of many houses, so knowing how to collaborate and communicate with eachother is key to a strong and trusting paramilitary alliance.
These can be discussed through the topics of:
■ Clarifying access equipment sharing for access to suitable quarantine options and protocols to ensure minimisation of infiltration.
■ Intelligence and research sharing for advancements in our technological capabilities and to maintain a competitive deterrence against House states and corporate organisations.
■ Establishing a recognition of regional command and policies along with agreements for Order operations in Rheinland without the total degradation of the Tenets of the Platform and Bundschuh interests.
■ Ensuring that our organisations within the Sinclair protocol maintain the upper hand in the first response to extra-stellar activity.

I would ask that we table, discussing what gains we can both enjoy from a partnership for one moment. I'd also ask you to keep this information about the Overwatch's likely change in its diplomatic stance towards the corsairs to your command staff, and if you must share this information, to the command staff of your allies. We would like to approach the Corsairs ourselves to announce our change in diplomatic standings, less they retaliate with a fleet that would leave both us both easy pickings for the Nomads and Core.
As it stands the Overwatch is willing to engage diplomatically with the Platform. However, we feel that it is only right and fair for the Overwatch to declare that we have been making diplomatic contact to the House of Rheinalnd. We are very much aware that the Platform is enemies with the House of Rheinland and may look upon this with and air of... negativity. I would like to clarify the nature of these diplomatic nature with Rheinalnd. Most importantly, the Overwatch shall not lend assents to the House of Rheinalnd when the OPFOR is human with no viable evidence that Nomad or Wild hold influence over the OPFOR. That is to say the Overwatch shall not join in military actions against otherwise non-Nomad or none-verified infected forces. This of course means that the Overwatch will not be able to asset you in your day to day battle against Rheinland. Our ultimate goal in our talks with Rheinland is to change Rheinland's view of the Order from "Terrorists" to "Anti-Nomad Agency".
If such Information is a deal breaker for The Platform then we understand. However, the Overwatch's primary goal shall always be the identification and expulsion of any and all Nomad influence on mankind.
