[Ship] SHooting wingtip gun destroyed wingtop gun instead on ROC

Bug: If you subtarget wing-tip gun on Roc, gun from opposite side of ship will fall off instead
Reproduction Steps:

• Take Roc
  
• Target Debiliator gun
  
• Lose ENVY????
