Good Evening, Mr. Black,
I will answer these questions as best can regarding the leadership changes on Planet Pygar.
Right now, there really is no security council so to speak but if you are asking how those of use who lead factions and work together to keep Omicron Theta safe, our objectives and priorities really have not changed. It is hard to say what challenges may come of this change. Phoenix are still Zoners and partners and Med Force Enterprises will work with them for the greater good of the residents of Pygar and of Omicron Theta.
How will we ensure stability? How will we prevent conflict? The way we always have and that is through dialogue. Look what happened when that failed? He points at Freeport 9 THAT is the result. Now, through dialogue, we work together to not just repair the damage but to learn from it and prevent it from happening again.
Maintaining balance? I think I just answered that above. Dialogue. So long as people communicate to work out differences before they escalate, people can live in peace be it Phoenix, the Corsairs or any visitor in Theta. At Med Force Enterprises, we will not change much from what we have been doing for the past decade or so.
