This will not be tolerated. Time and again, these artifacts have caused more harm than good, and we are determined to put an end to this.

During your travels, we ask that you discreetly scan the cargo of nearby ships using your scanner. Exercise the utmost caution to avoid detection.

If you identify artifacts, please report the following details:

1. The name of the ship.
2. Scanner data confirming illegal transportation.
3. The system where the scan was conducted.

Once reports are submitted, we will work to trace the origin of the artifacts.
A financial reward will be issued for each confirmed report.

Step Two: Enforcement

After assessing the scope of this smuggling operation, we will take decisive action against those transporting Pygar's artifacts within the Omicrons.
This will include measures such as cargo confiscation or destruction, and in cases of non-compliance, the outright elimination of the offending vessel.
