Greetings to the esteemed government of the Crayter Republic. My name is Nyssa Lyons, and I posess a speaking majority on behalf of the Makassar Syndicate. We are a business conglomerate focused solely on growing relevant economic opportunities for the people of the Tau's.

You may have encountered our ships and seen their tech identifiers show IMG, of whom we know you are currently not in the most amicable of relationships with, however, that is merely to the fact that many of the transporters, combat pilots, secuirty forces, and various other personnel have had direct links or been former members of the Guild at one time or another, though we are working to secure something more appropriate. If you make your life in the Tau's and care deeply for them, you are likely to have some interactions, or connections with the Guild.

However, for the matter of clarity on who the Makassar Syndicate truly are, we are simply people of the Tau's, interested in benefiting the Tau's. With that in mind, our main station and headquarters has grown drastically in recent months and is manufacturing a good deal of components needed on the wider market including Propulsion and Reactor Systems.

Crayter welcomes your communication, Miss Lyons. While you are correct that Crayter and the IMG are certainly not on the best of terms at this time, we nevertheless remain open to those within that wish to work with Crayter despite this.

Thank you for reaching out to convey your response. The delay is not a problem and we look forward to working with Minister Riordan and his staff. The matter the Syndicate would like to present before your economic ministry regards a commercial expansion proposal within the Capital system of the Crayter Republic. Currently, Makassar Station, the beating heart of our organization, has manufacturing ongoing for Propulsion and Reactor systems, however, we feel there is a need on the market for additional ship components such as Superstructures and Interior Systems and would like to begin a joint venture with Crayterian companies towards the establishment of a facility to begin crafting these components and other similar works.

The Makassar Syndicate will provide financial investment, transportation logistics, material sourcing and personnel training. We would request the Crayter Republic to bring in crews and security operations for this station. This could be a vital opportunity to grow your nations commercial shipmaking industries with a focused and experienced business partner. Once the two main production lines are up and running, we can discuss further growth plans together.

We do not have specifics on in system locations, but would like to begin surveying the Coronado system towards this end. Please reflect on this proposal and reach back out as soon as possible.

As Ms, Reynolds had informed you I was predisposed. I have just returned from a trade delegation to the Newcastle system and with the jump anomaly shift recently my return was detoured. I've been able to read over your offer in the meantime and I think I have just the opportunity for you.

There is a Crayter Republic facility within our capital system of Coronado that is looking to expand by the name of Timor Leste Bazaar owned by Conveyor Minerals Inc. This facility has already gone through some renovations through government grants but the quorum isn't looking to grant more within this fiscal year. They were looking at expanding to a Core 5 facility, and with the right financial backer, could make the civilian shipyard you are looking for within this expanse. I can get a hold on their representatives, sneak in a good word with them, and point them in your direction. Sound good with you, Ms Lyons?

Greetings Minister Riordan, a pleasure to hear from you. I have been made familiar with this facility in Coronado and visited it once or twice.. This should do well for the plans we've discussed. We would like to proceed with enacting this proposal and are ready to begin making these transactions happen, as well as begin shipping down the necessary equipment to start the expansion project. Please let us know how your conversations with the Timor team go and let them know we would love to help them achieve their expansion goals as we pursue the shipayrd project.

The one thing I'd need to assure, however, is that my senior level staff be granted the necessary security and administration clearances to Timor-Leste in order to smoothly faciliate this project's ambitions. Myself, as well as the other primary Administartor to Makassar, Mark Rooney, will need top level access and be introduced to the Crayterian admin team.
