In the past it has been serviced on Norfolk, before the guild had its own...facilities.
However, I would like this larger maintenance operation to take place on Norfolk Shipyard once more.

it will take several days to complete. I hereby request permission to transit through Rheinland and Liberty territory in order to reach Norfolk Shipyard.

take note that my alligiance lies with neither nations. I don`t care for your war monging. My only business is with Norfolk. I only need to cross your space. if you want to send an escort to accompany my ship, I salute the suggestion.
