As I understand, your own pilots must pass with high marks in order to graduate. I am asking to have our members undergo a similar training module with the same scrutinized grading. Mister McKenzie,

I believe we've had dealings in the part, so I'll forgo the introductions. It has been some time since the Forty-sixth has had communications with, or from, the Starfliers.

The officers of our Merchant Marine Division do, and are required to complete an extensive series of training, simulators and live-flight to graduate. I know in our past dealings, when we called Salt Lake Station our Headquarters, did open our facilities to allow some of your own pilots to train in smaller craft. However, it has been a number of years since we returned to Norfolk Shipyard, along with this equipment.

Unfortunately, with the coming months, the Navy will enter its peak recruitment and requirement of such facilities. So at this time, and for the very near future, cannot permit external civilian use of these suites for any other reason than for the training of naval officers and trainees. It it with regret that I cannot accommodate and facilitate your request, at this time, Mister McKenzie. I would welcome future communication, at a later date, to broach this topic.
