To the Java Administration and Guild Representatives,

In light of your recent communications regarding mandatory pricing policies and associated enforcement threats, allow this message to serve as an official and final clarification of BMF's position on system governance and operational standards in Tau-23.

Bretonia Mining and Fabrication, by direct Crown Decree, has assumed stewardship of the Tau-23 system.
With this stewardship comes responsibility—not only to Bretonian interests but to every honest entity operating within this space.
In all honesty we expected more from the Guild, at the end of the day your origins are Bretonian...

Our vision is clear: Tau-23 will be a demilitarized zone of opportunity, a neutral ground for trade, enterprise, and innovation, a place were diferences are put asside on behalf of doing business, there are ocasions were cooperation brings more profit then competition oportinities for business arrise for all.

While we acknowledge the Independent Miners Guild’s historic presence in the region, we must stress that any attempt to dictate pricing through unilateral mandates—particularly those enforced by threats of dismantling infrastructure—will not be recognized under BMF stewardship.
We do not tolerate coercive economic practices, nor will we allow any organization, competitor or otherwise, to destabilize the commercial integrity of this trade heaven.

Let it be known:

Tau-23 is open to all lawful commerce.

Hostile actions, economic intimidation, or sabotage will be met with immediate countermeasures.

All entities, including the IMG, are welcome to do business—peacefully.

We call upon IMG to cease hostilities and reconsider its position. Collaboration breeds prosperity. Tau-23 must become a beacon of inter-corporate diplomacy, not a battleground for economic warfare. There are other places for that...

Should you wish to discuss a cooperative pricing structure or common-sense regulation through dialogue, our comms are open.

But let there be no doubt: BMF will not permit violence in Tau-23—against anyone.
We will rally in defence of any instalation in danger, even the *spits to the floor in discust* Galics that live there.

Let us build a haven were business speaks louder than gunshots , not a hazard for our men.
