We've received records suggesting that you have spent time around the vicinity of Omicron Alpha. As you should be aware, this is the home of those rather disgusting people known as the "Outcasts".. This brings up many questions which the Captain of the vessel must answer, with extreme urgency, if he wishes to survive for any worthwhile amount of time.
A Kagutsuchi vessel is not a toy. They are valuable pieces of hardware which the Blood Dragons would rather not lose.. I would suggest that you contemplate it's deployment with more care next time. Though killing Outcasts is not a problem, engaging them at such a well defended location is not recommended.
Of course... it is now the time for our ultimatum...
Withdraw your vessel at once to Chugoku. Your role in this situation shall be over looked as a lapse of judgement... however, if more are to follow, your position amongst the Blood Dragons could well be compromised. Not many of my colleges have taken kindly to your actions...
