Is thier a forum here that shows all the clans or clan forums that use this server?

i mean it would be nice to know what all clans is here & as well as what they stand for , thier role play exc..

or a reqruitment board?

just so us noobers to this server can get more of a understanding to the role play. and idea to ?, clans here , and maby join one or make our own exc..

as i been browsing throw forums and havent yet found what im looking for :(
