IND ID

I was reading something just know and came across the words IND ID and was wondering if it is different to the freelancer ID or if they are the same thing. If they are different things could you please tell me what the ID let's you do and such and point me towards it.

IND ID is the Interspace Neuralnet Division ID. It is usable by members of the IND faction only, much like the CR or HF ID's.
