Different IFF for the same person

This doesn't look very normal...
I encountered a guy named Z*Proton on server, with Samura ID and...

Phantom IFF. I found that creepy, so I took an SS... and I compared the pic with someone else's of the same guy.

On his, said person has no IFF.

I met lvl5 starflea with Nomad IFF and not hostile to me. Things happen.

It's a client side bug. Your client just displayed the wrong thing. No way he could have gotten a Phantom rep unless he happened to hack...

Anyway, no real problems. Just happens from time to time.

If you have no rep blinking, there is a known bug that often shows the last hostile you were within radar range of as your reputation.

On the other hand, he was carrying refugees from Leeds with his Samura ID...which is a different bug entirely.
