The Independent Traders Guild

The ITG is a conglomerate of independent traders bound together looking for the necesity to travel safely throught the space of Sirius, its leader, Kutcor, tired of being pirated asked for help. Soon two investors offered help, Captain Dash a whole life trader was the first to aid in the project, later joined by Battlement.Mesa, who offered help aswell.
Finally the ITG was founded with the objective to give protection to its members.

Kutcor entertainment, was a drifting gambling company, began as a trader, became a smuggler, and finished as a liner owner, lost most of his money, target of many pirates Kutcor almost broke, and was close to lose it all, nowadays with the help of other investors he is the leader of the ITG.
Captain Dash, trader since a young man knows lots of routes, a natural born trader, his succesful career as a trader led him to buy a yacth for himself, the "Golden Spear". He helped Kutcor with financial aid when he presented his ITG idea, nowadays is a member of the board of leaders, and the director of recruitment office.
Battlement.Mesa, a mysterious guy at the beginning, proved to be a valuable member of the team, he was the second one to offer help, he is a natural coordinator and speaker, nowadays he is in charge of the bounties office and public affairs office.

=Recruitment=
The ITG is officialy acepting applications from independent traders and freelancer willing to offer their services as escorts, we give unconditional support at reduced prices for our members. You can join now as a trader or an escort pilot, both with high profitting.

=Financial aid=
One of ITG's investors Captain Dash, struggled his whole life to get where he is now, as a result he feels a commitment to helping young traders succeed on their careers, he will give personal loans to member traders at reduced interests.

Sick of being pirated every time? By the same pirates once and again? You can now be part of the ITG, and begin doing a trade for a profit.

=Tag=

-All our traders are to be tagged, they will carry the Tag before their names. "[ITG]xxxx"
-Violation to not tagging will simply block the member to be part of the guild.

=faction status=

As independent traders we declare that all lawful are considered friendly and unlawful or pirates are enemies, color coded this way.

friendly:Lawful factions of Sirius, both armed as navy or police, or unarmed as traders or miners.
Neutral:Any faction classified as Quasi-legal.
Unfriendly:Any ulawful non pirate faction.
Enemies:Any unlwaful pirate faction or any faction that assaults traders.
In order to keep this status, transports hauling illegal cargo shall not be protected or supported by any member of the ITG, if a trader is stopped hauling such cargo the trader will be expelled from the guild.

=Bounties=
-Bounties will be placed and paid by the director of the Bounties office, such bounties will be placed as we see fit, depending on our needs, all bounties are to be reviewed by the president before being posted by the bounties director.
-Bounties will placed against any hostile ship that engages any memebr of our fleet, be it pirate or terrorist.

=Board positions=

Board positions are as follows:
-President: Kutcor, in charge of leading the group, and cares of financial matters. Wide experience as leader and enterpreneur.
-Bounties office/public relations office: Battlement.Mesa, cares of everything related bounties, and is the face of the group when dealing with others. Good management skills and leading, makes him perfect for keeping the order required in such messy offices.
-Recruitment/public inquires: Capt.Dash, in charge of everything related to being part of the group, recruitment and questions related to the ITG; trader since young, good with dealing with other members.

=Bases of operation=

Ther ITG's base of operation is the barrier gate station, our central offices are there and most of the groups commanding will be from there.
The recruitment base of operations will be Newark Station, orbiting planet Manhattan, most of the Golden Spear's work will be done there.

-Cheap escort services, no more than 10% of the profit is charged for escort services.
-Organized travel groups, pirates think it twice when trying to pirate a convoy.
-Guild's routes, we offer several guild routes with all the information for it, apart we are giving bonuses to members that supoport the guild with new trade routes.
-Loans with trader friendly rates, the higher the loan the lower the interest, no more than 10% charged weekly.
-And many more benefits!
