Gentlemen, I have sent this message today due to the actions of the OSI who has membership in your group. My message is meant only as a notification. The OSI have been found to be transporting paste through Kusari, and while we respect the Zoners and their Neutrality, this type of behavior will not be ignored do to the Zoner tag on the ships. Now, my purpose for this message is to inform your council that our quarrel is not with Zoners as a whole, but instead with those who would bring poison into our house. Zoners are not our enemy, but the OSI now is, and we will not treat any other Zoners that way, so long as they do not interfere in our issues with the OSI. Any Zoner who fires their weapons at us in defense of the OSI will be treated the same as the OSI, and we AFA have a long memory, we will remember those who stand in the way of us stopping the vile trade in Synthpaste in Kusari.

Konnichiwa, Sir,

I just wanted to make a reply so that you are not left hanging or thinking we don't care. The Council will be notified of your grievance. We do feel that the CEO of OSI should be the one to respond and I have no doubt that he will.
I do hope that the OSI and AFA can settle this. I, for one, stop by your depot in Kyushu from time to time to stock up on some of your food and I hope that I can continue doing so. Should we pass, feel free to chat with me anytime.

Though we can respect the fact that Zoners wish to remain neutral, there is only a certain extent to which we can accept insults. The Artisan Farmer's Alliance respects your choice to make your lives and home outside of house rule in whatever way you see fit, however, when in our house, we expect our customs to be upheld and adhered to. In such a case as this, the OSI have managed to ignore this simple plea.

I can, with great confidence, assure the Council of Zoners that no other Zoner ships will be unjustly harmed in any of our quarrels with the OSI. We do not seek to inform you of a great hostility against all of you, but, rather, to inform you of a grievance many Zoners may not understand the magnitude of. This misunderstanding is not anyone's fault, nor am I saying it is a bad thing, however, it is simply so because of the life you have chosen to lead, which we respect. Unless other Zoners decide to so blatantly ignore Kusari custom and tradition, I doubt any further problems will escalate. I have the utmost confidence that such a situation will be avoided, mainly because of my past experiences with the Zoners, which have been more than pleasant.
