Okay, I've got this thing going here where when I click on the Dock icon in the hud it will point me at whatever I'm trying to dock with and then pauses. The ship doesn't move, it just sits there. Tried restarting the game, no luck. Tried a reinstall, no luck either. Any ideas?

You have to be within 12 or 15K of the base/JH you are docking to hit F3 and it work. If you are over that distance, it will start for a moment, then stop. You have to use F2; Go-to, instead until you get to a closer distance.
