I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make it sound like I was whining, the fleet irked me yes, but I understand the reasoning behind it. (Would have been nice to see more ships less then cruiser class though).
I have had some very good private and public RP with you guys. The fleet incident was a long time in the past and I chalk it up to "omg, get him" and indies jumping on the bandwagon.
On a side note; I 'open fire' right when people jump in to launch a CD. I always try to give people a chance to talk in between taking their shields out and taking their hull out. I'm not always successful, but I like to try.
Anyway, I have enjoyed seeing you guys around (sorry again about the tone of the other post, it didn't come out right) and it's been good seeing you guys get better at RP. It's also been good having some traders to munch on. ;)
Again. thank you all again for your feedback. We have been busy another couple of weeks refining our proposal a bit. We would like to receive your comments and suggestions one more time please, and I think that I can make one promise: There will be no further versions ;-)
The full Zoner Guard reputation fix, which includes being neutral to 29 Guard factions, is no longer a requirement for those who want to join the Consortium. However, at least one nearly full reputation fix is still required to obtain voting privileges in our Quorum. All terms in the ranking system have been changed to shed military connotations, and we have now established 4 occupational departments in which Consortium members can specialize: Diplomacy, Security, Research, and Trade. These divisions have been loosely integrated into our current ranking system, so that no pilot has to specialize in a department if he/she does not want to. Think of this as an “expansion pack” to a video game rather than a complete makeover. Although not stated explicitly, we have placed a halt on the development of Capital Ships. The proposal for any large warship to be owned by the Consortium will be heavily scrutinized so as to fit within the financial constraints and role-playing purpose of our faction. There is also a visual graph representing which ships are allowed during various stages of political hierarchy.
Loving the RP guys. Keep it up, after a while we'll see if I put the Audacity in there with you guys, depending on how my RP goes for the ship at the current time.
