Weird forum layout.

I'm not so sure if I post forum issues in this forum but anyway, when I click on a thread I can see what the original poster posted, but other people replying to the thread show in a list towards the bottom of the page. If I want to see what they said I need to click there names one at a time to see. Is the forum set to this or is something messed up on my end?
