Certain ship captains were continually abusing your priveleges in spite of the requests we made for them to remove themselves from your facilities. --At which Zoner facility the incident took place and what was the percise circumstance of its abuse

It is really quite simple. There is a cult of personality that has formed around Colonel Kurtz, who has been operating in Omicron Delta. He - and his followers - were continuing to operate out of Freeport 11, in violation of our agreement with the Zoner Council that no hunters would base there once our <snort> secret base was completed.
Forgive the snort - it seems that every Order pilot and his kd sister seem to know of this facility. In any event...
In any event, his continuing defiance of the guild regarding this increased the tensions between us and the Corsairs. When asked to relocate to Dabadoru today, he and his followers began to do so - and then turned and began running in direct violations of orders to stop. Now while I'm know that the majority of your pilots are rather ... independant minded, shall we say ... there still is a tenuous chain of command that exists within certain Zoner organizations. So you can surely appreciate what happens when a military commander disobeys direct orders from his higher command authority - and even his ultimate command authority.
Thus, so long as Kurtz and his followers utilize the Apocalypse tag for their ships (such as Apocalypse_Now, or any other variation thereof - we ask that you do not assist them in their rebellion and deny them docking privileges at your facilities in Omicron Delta, 74, Theta - basically every Freeport or other facility they conceivably could visit for supplies. After all, they appear to be on an insane vengeance quest againt the Corsairs, with whom you have at least a friendly relationship, and also against the Order, with whom you have an even friendlier one.
We know you tolerate us. We also know that you don't love us. But we ask that you do not hinder us, or help these rebels against us.
And since you asked for some photograhic evidence - here's what we recovered from my escape pod. (Seems I zigged when I should've zagged once these ships decided to go rogue on us.)
I believe your cooperation in this matter would greatly enhance both the opinion of Zoners by the Bounty Hunters Guild and be useful to your 'allies and friends' that Kurtz appears to hate so much.

I understand your wish to have in control in your ranks, but I fail to find interest for Zoners for meddling into whole this mess. All I can see from the evidence provided is lot of intervention, no time signature and obvious disorder among your people.
Now, from my own Zoner experience I can say that Col. Kurtz and his men have shown nothing but respect and attention for Zoners and NFZs.
Zoners have custom of not denying docking and passage rights to those who have not wronged them and it is in all our best interest to continue to do so. Otherwise we would make dangerous precedent. (we could get back to the QCP and Corsair demand)
This is a matter for the CoZ to decide. I place my trust in the wisdom of many, when my own doesn't seem sufficient
Seems the Apocalypse tags are growing a bit everyday. However, thier acts is quite foolish sometimes as my past memory records shows. Sometimes the "Apocalypse_Now" their "so call leader" seem to DIS-RESPECT the NFZ few times. I'm keeping an eye on him.
You, Core, want us to obey, to follow shallow and passive rules of the Core, who does nothing while our enemies' numbers are going higher and higher. No, no and no!
My fleet will respect Zoner rules and whichever decision they make, but I'm sure that several of Council members will appreciate my objectivity, support and respect I've always shown toward Zoners. This poor attempt by the Core to deny us docking freely at Freeports is nothing but a cowardice goal. Now they know they got a force to be reckon with, so they have no other choise but to act like they act now. How pathetic! How passive. You, Zoners, masters of diplomacy, should see through all of this. It can't be clearer than it is. They can't establish control so they use diplomacy to harm us.
Didn't you learn anything, Core? We've changed things. You shall all pay for attacking us in Delta. You made a terrible mistake. Don't EVER underestimate your enemy. You just did that. My fleet will only grow larger and stronger. My new supporters are constantly contacting me. Enemies and friends. You will lose control of Delta which you don't have for quite some time now. You've made enemies for no good reason. We only wanted to establish stronger pillars of safety and prosperity for the Hunters. You made us the way we are. You are not even present in Delta as you should be.
Now, Core hunters will be hunted. We will exterminate you, Core.
I shall await your decision on this matter, Zoners. I hope you make a decision upon clear judgement and objectivity. We like Freeports. We like it more than any others perhaps... The place to rejoice and relax after all the battles, won and lost... The place that bounds us and brings us closer together with friends, allies and enemies as well...
In more than several occasions we protected it against Nomad attacks. I hope you will remember that, no matter what decision you make.
P.S. Zoners should know this. There's a grudge beneath all of this, masters of diplomacy; Guildmaster, you never supported me. Remember back in Omega 3, when my career just started? When I was alone, on a constant attack by Corsairs and Hessians? When you told me to not to station my ship in Omega 3 despite my effectiveness? I was, as you've heard "protecting" traders. Bah! You listened to the lies of our enemies and never have you done anything to even investigate who was right or wrong. You ignored me just because I never joined Core. So let's say you were right, and I listened to you. So, here I am, in Delta where you told me to go. Do you like me now, now when many of my enemies fall? Now when I'm more effective than you? Now when I pose a threat?
P.P.S. Zoners, Burminator, who I don't see much often these days, will confirm my story in Omega 3, and Val Marvin will confirm my Delta story, what will in general confirm my honesty. I did, I'll admit, with all due respect, made shots in NFZ in my recent history (I don't want any surprises or unspoken truths), but they were all controlled and never did any of Freeport residents got killed or even injured.

This is Siri Tachi (A.I.) Zoner Guardian. Your explaination seems to be briefly detailed and self explained to my data readings. Seems the "Core" hates you "Apocalypse" tags team or fleet? Hmmm...anyways, your request on docking on Freeports is hearby accepted by my vote. (Don't know about the others.) Your fleet/ squadron pods may be freely docked at Freeport 11; under one condition - KEEP AN EYE ON THE NFZ PLEASE! - As i reviewed my data memory over and over again, seems you are cleared of the NFZ. Also, respectful on our Zoo! Though, my eyes will stick on you, if thats no problem to you, Kurts and your "fleets"?
Core, Apoc tags are your kind of men, but then again, bounty hunters have war now with thier own faction - pity. Hope you Cores, or the Apoc taggs team make a diplomatic meeting. And in seeing this, more enemies will be falling on your carpet. Which in that part, im not concern.
