Due to the numerous cases of misconduct within Colonial borders including cardamine smuggling, slavery, opening fire upon Colonial Fleet officers performing their duties and a proven case of mururder, by presidential executive order all vessels belonging to the LTC group are henceforth to be shot on sight by Colonial Fleet units.
