Barricade has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

5.6 If a player engages cruise engine or docks with a station, jump gate, or trade lane during a PvP fight, this player has fled the fight. The fleeing player must leave the system and may not re-enter the system where the fight took place with any of the characters on his/her account(s) while the enemy (player or players involved in the fight) remain in the system until four hours have passed from the time the fight ended.
Using cruise engines to catch up with those capable of thrusting at higher speed than you is not allowed. Trade lanes may be used to pursue or catch up to other ships under any circumstances, even if the other ship has not yet fled as described above.
The fleeing player can fight in self-defense if attacked again while attempting to leave the system after fleeing.

BUT! Then I did a little digging and it turns into....

LNS-Endeavor has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

6.20 Attacking traders or demanding cargo is not allowed for cruisers and battleships, unless cruisers and battleship belong to Terrorist ID or Phantom ID owner.

Consequences: The poor bugger who submitted the sanction report against you wasn't even aware that you employing your LABC to smack down his Pirate Transport was against the rules. What I find even more dissapointing is that you're one of the guys I helped out earlier today in securing your nomad morphs. Shame.

Stripped of all guns and credits.

I was aware but, in all fairness, I was attacking a Navy Guardian and they did give an announcement to withdraw, which I only did after it started shooting. However, I don't know if it is permitted to attack a transport under this circumstance. For what it's worth, I didn't mind because I wasn't trading, I was actively breaking the law.

By the way...

Yes, as the sanction states, the original ship was changed to the LNS vessel.

im kinda disappointed.

did this person, who was in the transport actually tell you, that i didnt fire upon him ?
i just flew a curve in front of him and he disppointed into the badlands.

my brother who was flying the guardian shot at him.
and i know i the rule regariding this.

im sorry, but its more a shame that no one tells me about the sanction.

the last thing i heard from him was "IDIOTS!" and thats the consequence now.....

I don't recall throwing an insult, at least I do not do that unless it is acceptable role-play. If I did say anything of the sort then it would in no way have been personal.

You were shooting me and the images I uploaded clearly show that I was taking fire with only you being within weapon range of me. I have sent you a link to the image which proves this. As said above I had no problem with you doing so, but there's really no need to deny this fact.

As I just stated in the PM you sent me, the images that we have show you both cruising to catch up and firing upon the transport.

but i would have preferred, you talked to me right after the incidence, instead of immediately passing me over to the admins.

important would perhaps be, that i wasnt involved in the fight at first. i just got there and cruised to him who was already fleeing.
so, its not true, that i pursued him and then cruised to catch up, because he was thrustering.

EDIT: No, no...we were given the ultimatum to withdraw else we'd be shot, and we didn't leave so I for one got shot. As a result I made off on my thrusters. The cruiser continued to fire and then cruised after me, twice.

Anyway, I'm done here.

lets forget about this. i just survived the first shock of losing all the stuff on my ship.

but i didnt thought it was that hard to you, mere.

trust me, i never wanted to kill you, though i now, cruisers may not tuch transports.

and, dusty lens, i really was thankful you helped us out with the morphs a few hours ago, so i dont want to be considered as an RP/Rule *******.

hmm, then im not informed about the incident anymore.
twice...... ill think more than twice about any actions with my cruiser in the future, if i ever gonna fly it again.
