My father is otherwise occupied at the moment, and since I despise this level of shortsighted stupidity, I am going to make this quick, before I get any angrier than I already am.
When people are delivering materials to our shipyards, do not demand money from them!
This will not happen again. Am I clear? Good.
-Tiana Santini, acting on behalf of Don Emilio Santini
I am sorry that this was perceived as a demand of our friends. I was simply asking for a little bit of aid from our friend. I never intended it for it to come across as a demand, merely help. The ESS did not engage or attempt to engage the vessel carrying a shipment of goods for our people. We had no intention of attacking, pirating, nor engaging this person. He was not being taxed either. I simply had asked if he would pay us some tribute because we needed some extra funding. Normally we smuggle for our own funding or pirate it from those not in league with the cause of the Outcast Nation.
Again, we meant no offense at all. And we did not engage him, also he was allowed to pass freely.

It won't happen again and all ESS members will be advised to follow this. We will make this adaptation to our patrols while in friendly territory. Again, my apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
