The Courts of Honshu pride themselves on being fair. Due to the location of the Ambassador's Embassy on the planet's surface, Honshu has tried to become the honorable and unbiased capital of the galaxy. Today, a case was brought to the attention of the Ambassador deLuna herself.
Case: WarDog v. Government of House Kusari
Presiding Judge: Judge Fiona H. deLuna
Date: April the Eleventh
The Court of Honshu had not seen a treason case before, and this was indeed a first. Three parties, excluding the accused, were prepared to offer grievances pertaining to the case of the mercenary WarDog.
-The Asgard Warriors, who had been attacked without reason.
-The Black Squadron, who had been fired on and had been the victim of hostage-taking.
-And the Kusari Naval Forces, who the accused had accepted to seek out and destroy for personal profit.
The case went on for some time, approx. ~30 minutes, and the final verdict was laid down.
During the case, WarDog admitted to having taken Order pilots hostage, selling them into either slavery or cruel tortures, or simply killing them. He then had the audacity to offer the Black Squadron prosecutor, Vendetta, money to 'repay' the lives WarDog had taken hostage.
"There is a preciousness, a sanctity, to life. To hire oneself out to extinguish a life for the sole reason of money does not define a mercenary, but a pirate, assassin, or terrorist. What you have done is catastrophic. However; House Kusari is civil. We will not sign your death warrant, WarDog. We will not allow you to be attacked within Kusari space. But you may not stay within Kusari space; you are hereby ordered to leave Kusari space within ten minutes. If you do not leave Kusari space within that time, you will be found guilty of contempt of the courts." This was the verdict laid down by Judge deLuna.
The time limit passed, and the accused had not left Kusari space. It is, therefore, the duty of this court to inform Sirius that WarDog, a mercenary, is no longer welcome within Kusari space. If he is seen, he will be asked to leave. On the second request for him to leave, if WarDog has not done so already, he will be opened fire upon.
The verdict simply states that WarDog was, for the time being, unable to be assaulted within Kusari space, but because he was found guilty of contempt of the courts, this is no longer in effect. The verdict declares that WarDog is no longer welcome within Kusari.
If he is within Kusari space, and you have a legitimate reason to hunt him, you may.
Bounties may not be exacted on him within Kusari space.
Madam Fiona H. deLuna
Ambassador of the Kusari Naval Forces
