KGB Commercial

I don't know how many places the KGB (Knowledge Generation Bureau) advertise but
I recently had a thought while viewing one of their commercials. A question if you will.

So here it is.

If you were to ask them the simple question "Yes or No" would they give you an
answer as to the more probable of the two choices? Or would they ask you a question
back.

IF! They were to ask a question back, wouldn't that be contradicting the use of KGB?
Thus making it so using KGB would be flawed because they supposedly have an
answer for everything?

So I come to the community and ask of you what is your opinion on my random thought?

by asking a question back, they are accumulating more knowledge, but as their supposed to already know everything...

If the modus operandi for KGB is to answer only in yes or no then they would be oorp in asking questions. But if there are going to give the probabilities I guess you need to input more parameters in and to do so they could resort to asking a question in return.

It depends the modus operandi you see.

Let me ask you a question. What this has to do with media section?

thus I assume it meens commercials too.
