Battlefield 2 infantry only servers...win

Seriously, iv'e been playing on these for some time now, there are no others I see such teamplay on. People actually trust their commander, use squads, now imagine, say Gulf of Oman without any vehicles, considering you do not use the carrier flag.

Anyways, who else enjoys playing BF2, demo or not, there are many servers now which use modded serverside files for unlocks, stats, costum maps and so on.

Demo here for the moment. Enjoying most of it. Gets boring after a few rounds since no one actually co-operates. Might pick it up later on.
Full = More Choices and Mods. Mainly want to look into mods that emphasize Teamplay. Project R for one.

Demo servers out their provide all the unlocks. Their is one that is usually at 40+/64

I play a bit of BF2 but not often. I mostly play 2142, the no-vechles game mode is great and when your in a really cool squad the VOIP is an awesome feature.

If you dont play 2142 sindroms I recomend.

I prefer 1942 secret weapons over 2142, actually. I plaid it but to actually be a medic and use teamplay you must buy the full game, which I kinda took personally.

Yeah, theres a massive teamwork element in 2142. For example:

Healing a teamate gives 1 point
Killing an enemy gives 1 point

Adds a good deal of respect other players.

The vehicles in bf2142 are not as bad as in bf2. Much more fun for all instead of jet/chopper rape of bf2. But I have to agree infantry only maps are made of win among the servers.

When I had the Demo once and played Online for a bit it was amazing Teamplay. Even though we had Vehicles.
