Is this right?I noticed that the shields do no longer regen while cruising.Was this intended?Because if it was,it's
really..well,a mess.
Suppose a trader in a lower vessel is cd-ed by some npcs that are a match for his ship.Now,he can't fight properly,since his power array is down.Next,he tries cm-spamming and cruising,but..cruising will preserve his shield damage!This doesnt help at all,nor it makes sense.
Where on earth did you see a ship that doesnt reload shields when moving?Even in Star Trek:)Enterprise cannot fire when in warp,indeed,but hey,the shields still regen..its rather stupid,sorry for saying this.
My opinion:if you feel you need to do something about cap-people who use ek+fire in pvp or cruising to recharge,or etc..do this regarding THOSE PEOPLE.Those classes of vessels,not all of them,since its very odd.It's
like the case of the Solaris Transport Turrets,which are now using so much energy in vain.Totally out of sense.
I mean why does a 500/250 damage 4TR projectile use 700 energy?Because it fires at 1500/sec?Right..
Please,fix the energy drain part.Nevermind the rest,the bombers,etc..
