Faction History & Information

So I'm thinking of a new project which has me very interested and I think I can give back to the community by developing something that would benefit a lot of players. What I need is some information as I cannot find much information on Orbital Spa & Cruise. I've looked on the Wiki but it seriously needs a upgrade. I remember there being more on it before but at the moment information is limited. If anyone has ANY information on the faction I'd gladly take any and ALL information you could provide.
