I am wondering if, and how, id go about making a custom mesh for a Docking Ring; and a custom mesh for a jump-gate. I know that this is not really staying true to Freelancer, and that it would not be allowed in Disco. The systems it is for, have been colonised by humans; but these people arrived in a diferent time and place to the other houses. Thus, they invented their own means of traveling between systems, and docking on planets. Also, does anybody know how to edit the universe pic? - the one that shows where all the systems and large nebulaes are. Can somebody help with this?

Don't know how to do any of it (could probably figure out how to change meshes if I messed around with FLE.) but your best bet will be to go to the Lancers Reacter forums. www.lancersreactor.com Ask this there. Also, try finding some of the modders from Freeworlds about that universe map. I know they changed it to a picture of the Star Wars galaxy for Freeworlds.

Its possible, but im not doing it for my mod anymore unless I can find a nice picture. Get the UTF editor and modify nav_prettymap.3db with it.
